“Fairway of Peace 2013” exercises of the Ukrainian Navy and Russian Black Sea Fleet to start on June 19

On June 19-20 and 25, 2013 the Russian and Ukrainian navy exercises “Fairway of Peace 2013” will be conducted at the sea training grounds in the Black Sea North-East area.

Major topic of the “Fairway of Peace 2013” will be presented by carrying out of joint anti-pirate activities at sea, while the list of training objectives will include working out of uniformed views on the forms and methods for carrying out of joint activities at sea, joint actions of vessel crews and aviation in naval clashes, and organization of all types of defense on the run, with performance of combat exercises and tactic maneuvering.
