In January-April 2025 Russian military launched at least 46 missile and drone attacks on the ports of Greater Odesa involved in the export corridor operation, and Odesa Oblast, using no less than: 16 CM and BM Iskander missiles, 5 Kh-59/Kh-69 ASMs, 9 Kh-31P ARMs, 1 Kalibr SLCMs, 3 Oniks AShM, 300 strike and decoy UAVs.

48 Tankers Exported Kazakh Oil from Russian Black Sea Port of Novorossiysk In April 2025: Database

In April 2025, a total of 48 tankers exported CPC oil from the Russian port of Novorossiysk, excluding the exports to Bulgaria and Romania. Together they exported a total of about 7 million tons of oil, including 4.8 million tons to the EU and 2.2 million tons to other countries.

Russian Black Sea Ports Oil Product Imports to the EU Embargo: Database of April 2025 Violations

In April 2025, 23 violations of the EU embargo on seaborne imports of Russian petroleum products (excluding crude oil) from the Black Sea were recorded. 18 of violations involved the delivery of petroleum products to a transshipment points off the coasts of Greece, Romania and Cyprus. 5 direct voyages were made to the ports of the EU countries. In April 2025, 869.814 tons of Russian petroleum products were delivered in violation of the embargo.

In January-March 2025, the Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out at least 72 attacks on ports, oil and gas enterprises, and pipeline systems in the occupied Crimean Peninsula, on the coasts of Black, Azov, and Baltic Seas, and Russian Federation, which included at least: 58 attacks on refineries and oil depots, 4 on petrochemical plants, 14 on gas companies, 7 on ports and 2 on ships. In total, at least 39 different oil facilities and 3 ports in the RF have been attacked.

In 2015, after the occupation of Crimea and the simultaneous seizure of about ¾ of the entire area of Ukrainian maritime spaces in the Azov-Black Sea basin in 2014, the second Maritime Doctrine was approved. The third, current Maritime Doctrine, was approved in the year the Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine began.

One voyage was made to the USA. In March 2025, 681.141 tons of Russian petroleum products were delivered in violation of the embargo.
