Two Ukrainians killed in road accident in Romania, five more injured
Two Ukrainian citizens have been killed in a bus accident in Romania, and five more have been injured, the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry reported on Thursday.
"Two Ukrainian citizens were killed and five more of our compatriots sustained various injuries in the accident of a bus carrying Ukrainian tourists in Vrancea County (Romania) on September 19 this year," reads the statement.
According to the statement, the injured Ukrainians were taken to a local hospital.
Ukraine's consul general in Suceava visited the scene of the accident.
Ukraine's Consulate General in Suceava and the Consular Service Department of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry are overseeing the case.
