«IBI-Rating» Rating Agency increased Odessa credit rating up to uaA- level

Independent authorized «IBI-Rating» Rating Agency announced that Odessa’s credit rating has been increased up to uaA-, with stable outlook.

The city’s credit rating reflects its significance as the Southern Ukraine’s economical center. A positive outlook means that a rating may be raised. A negative means that a rating may be lowered, stable means that a rating is not likely to change and developing (or evolving) means that a rating may be raised or lowered.

During the press-conference having taken place today, on April 23, 2013, the Deputy Mayor Svyetlana Bedrega emphasized that the credit rating increase is the evaluation of the result that has been achieved during the last several years. It reflects the real image of the city’s economics, budget and social sphere. It is expected that the city’s indexes would be improving steadily.

This result will allow not only to improve the city’s credit rating, but to show Odessa’s citizens that they live in the best, most beautiful and successful city of Ukraine.
