Russian flag improves its position in the list of Paris MoU
Russia is up 4 positions (from 32nd to 28th) in the performance list of the Paris MoU which will take effect from 1 July 2013.
According to Paris MoU, France has been placed highest on the list in terms of performance (earlier it was Germany). The poorest performing flag is Bolivia (earlier it was Libya). Russia is on the “White list”.
