Customs procedures onboard a vessel take 96 minutes on the average – Customs Service of Russia

In the first quarter of 2013, customs procedures onboard a vessel took 96 minutes on the average, IAA PortNews journalist cites Sergey Yemelyanov, representative of FCS headquarters on organization of customs control, as saying in the course of video conference dedicated to customs clearance at border check points in Russian seaports.

According to Yemelyanov, average time needed for customs procedures without boarding (document control) made 35 minutes.
