The rating is based on the total container turnover, excluding transshipment. The difference between positions of container carriers in Georgia and in the Black Sea is not as obvious as in other countries of the Black Sea region. Thus, the position of MSC, which covers more than half of the market, is traditionally strong and continues to strengthen (0.75% increase).

The highest growth was achieved by ZIM (2.17%); CMA CGM, ARKAS and Hapag-Lloyd have also increased their positions. At the same time, the position of MAERSK has weakened (-0,83%) and CSAV suffered the decrease in market share (-4,64%).
