First statements of political forces after elections

The winning GERB part announced that it would only comment the official election results after they are announced by the Central Electoral Committee.
 
The leader of the Socialist Party Sergei Stanishev pointed out that the elections have proved to be a day of protest against the status quo and that despite GERB’s victory, on May 12 Bulgaria has parted with the non-democratic rule of Boyko Borissov. The Socialists are starting immediate talks with the MRF and Ataka, Stanishev further pointed out. According to MRF Chairman Lutvi Mestan the Movement will work for a broad ruling platform and would not support GERB. The leader of Ataka, Volen Siderov commented that he sees no was of constituting a working cabinet but he opts for urgent measures for improving the living standard of the Bulgarians, for pushing foreign monopoles out of the country and for returning of key economy branches into Bulgarian hands.
