384 cultural heritage objects got passports in the Crimea in 2012

The Crimea carries out an active work on preservation and arrangement of record keeping for cultural heritage objects.

According to the Chairman of the Crimean Republican Committee on cultural heritage protection Larisa Opanasyuk, 384 cultural heritage objects got their passports in 2012. In addition to that, 426 objects were put on the list to the State Register of immovable monuments of Ukraine, and 598 protection agreements were concluded.

256 inspections on the observance of the cultural heritage protection acts were conducted in 2012. Based on their results, 36 orders were issued for removal of incompliances, 20 protocols on administrative offences executed, and 10 penalty sanctions passed.
