Volynkin becomes Russian Ambassador to Armenia

Russian President Vladimir Putin has replaced Russian Ambassador to Armenia Vyacheslav Kovalenko with Ivan Volynkin, former deputy head of the Foreign Ministry’s general secretariat, the official portal of legal information reports.
