Georgia plans to export 25 percent of its wine to Russia

Georgia plans to export to Russia 25 percent of its wine, or 8-10 million bottles a year, the head of the Georgian National Wine Agency, Levan Davitashvili, says.

Russia banned Georgian imports during the 2008 war. The Ivanishvili administration is now working hard in order to pursue Russia to lift the ban.
