Another 13 Bulgarians held in International operation «Shock 2»

A special flight of the Italian air forces to an airport in Rome has taken another 13 Bulgarian nationals, detained under the «Shock 2» International operation. The group consists of ten men and three women.

They had been declared internationally wanted after a European arrest warrant issued by the court of L’Aquila, Italy, pressing charges for participation in an international criminal group. The group is accused of activities for acquiring information on the content of foreign payment instruments.

The arrested Bulgarians have been passed over to Italian authorities after permission on the part of judicial authorities in Bulgaria’s city of Plovdiv. The first group, again consisting of 13 members – twelve men and one woman, were sent over on January 15.
