After Arab Spring Bulgaria’s export for the Middle East on the rise

After the Arab Spring the export from Bulgaria to the countries of the Middle East has increased considerably and this tendency should continue, said Foreign Minister Nikolai Mladenov for the BNR.

The big interest of Bulgarian business in view of Iraq has lead to the need to restore the Bulgarian embassy in Baghdad. It will resume work within several days. Bulgaria lost a lot of means in Iraq and it is now time to bring relations back to normal, so that Bulgarian business can seek its dividends there, Minister Mladenov pointed out.
