Georgian Strategic Development Agency closed down

Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili has closed the Strategic Development Agency formed in April 2012, News Georgia reports.

The agency was monitoring tourism, investments and infrastructure projects of the Ministries for Justice and Economy and Sustainable Development.

The initiative came into force on December 17. Projects Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili’s Cabinet decides to continue will be under control of a different state structure.
