Number of Syrian refugees in Turkey reached 200 thousands

The number of Syrian citizens, forced to escape from their country after the beginning of the military conflict and to leave for neighboring Turkey, has reached 200 thousand people.

This information has been announced by the counselor of the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs Feridun Sinirlioğlu. He has added that Turkey is ready to receive every Syrian, seeking for an asylum here.

Turkey has arranged 13 encampments and one container camp in Kilis for 12 thousand Syrian refugees. The state has already spent 400 million dollars for the upkeep of the refugees.
