Representatives of some 50 countries from around the world are taking part in the Charity Christmas Bazaar held on December 2 in Sofia.

It has been organized for 18 years now by the International Women’s Club and now with the support of the Minister of Regional Development Liliana Pavlova. The raised funds will be provided to elderly people and disabled children, and also for scholarships for young talents.

The 60 stands of the bazaar displayed traditional Christmas dishes, decorations, and household items showing the different traditions of Christmas from around the world. The exhibition took place in the halls of Inter Expo Center. Among the represented countries were Israel, USA, Vietnam, China, Turkey, Italy, and Ukraine. Because of the crowd of visitors the charity bazaar access was under strict security measures.
