Pro-Western policy remains a top-priority for Georgia – Saakashvili

This information has been announced by Mikhail Saakashvili, President of Georgia, at his meeting in Tbilisi with Eric Rubin, Deputy Assistant US Secretary of State in the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs. In his turn, Eric Rubin has stated that the USA is interested in intensification of partner relations with Georgia.

Eric Rubin arrived to Georgia on November 27 with a three-day working visit. In the framework of this visit the deputy of the US Secretary of State conducts meeting with representatives of Georgian authorities.

On November 29 Eric Rubin participated in the meeting of the working group on defense and security, established in the framework of US - Georgia Charter on Strategic Partnership.
