«Naftogaz» signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation with the Russian company
Chairman of the National Joint Stock Company «Naftogaz of Ukraine» Evgeny Bakulin, chairman of the GAO «Chernomorneftegaz» Valery Yasyuk and chairman of the supervisory board «Smart Maritime Group» Pavel Konstantinov signed a memorandum on strategic cooperation. UNN was reported in the press-service of «Naftogaz».
According to the memorandum, the priority areas of cooperation between companies will be the restoration and development of the technology company's fleet «Chernomorneftegaz». As previously reported, the company «Chernomorneftegaz» continues to implement a large-scale program to modernize and upgrade its production facilities to increase the production of hydrocarbons in the Black and Azov Seas.
In addition, within the framework of the Memorandum the parties have agreed to join forces to develop the social infrastructure of the regions and the creation of additional jobs in the oil and gas and shipbuilding industries.
