Bulgaria and Russia discuss ways of cooperation between local companies and third countries

The Bulgarian Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Lilyana Pavlova has discussed in Moscow with her Russian counterpart Igor Slunaev the idea for a joint consortium of Bulgarian and Russian companies to work with third countries, including ones from EU member states.

Pavlova accentuated on the necessity of Bulgarian companies to receive license, allowing them to participate in tenders on Russian territory. Minister Slunaev promised to resolve the issue regarding double taxation. The matter will be considered at the forthcoming sitting of the intergovernmental commission on economic and scientific cooperation.
