«Chernomorneftegaz» started gas deliveries to heat the Crimea

«Chernomorneftegaz» has started gas deliveries from its Glebovsk underground storage facility to the Crimean gas transport system.

Taking into account the above-zero air temperature, 3.9 million cubic meters of gas have been supplied by now, versus 25 million cubic meters of gas, supplied to the gas transport system by this date in the last year. The company notes that it is fully prepared for the stable gas supply during the frost periods, especially as the gas supplies to the Glebovsk storage facility have been increased in 2012.

According to the information of the company’s press service, 369 million cubic meters of gas have been pumped into the Glebovsk underground storage facility, exceeding the last year’s volumes by 69 million cubic meters (23%).
