Turkey puts up major thermal power plant for privatisation

Turkey has put up a major thermal power plant Seyitomer in the province of Kutahya for privatisation, Trend reports on November 4.

TPP Seyitomer works on lignite. Its capacity is 600 megawatts. Privatisation of three more thermal power plants is expected to follow. They are Hamitabat with a capacity of 1120 MW, Soma with a capacity of 1034 MW and Can with a capacity of 320 megawatts.
