Moldovan president welcomes new accredited ambassadors

President Nicolae Timofti on October 11 received letters of accreditation from four foreign ambassadors to Moldova: Bucharest-based Argentinean Ambassador Claudio Perez Paladino, Polish Ambassador Artur Michalski, Kiev-based Estonian Ambassador Sulev Kannike and Hungarian Ambassador Matyas Szilagyi, the presidency's press service has reported.

Timofti congratulated the ambassadors on the occasion of their appointment and expressed confidence that good relations between Moldova and their states would deepen during their mandates.

Timofti pointed out that Moldova makes its best to advance on the European integration path. The support and assistance provided by our European partners are very important for us and bolster our confidence that this is the right development line, Timofti said.
