BOTAS to split into three structures

BOTAS, a Turkish oil and gas transit company, will be split into companies for transportation, exploitation of gas liquefying plants and storage of energy resources in a year, Trend reports.

BOTAS earned $14.63 billion in 2011, compared with $9.35 billion in 2010. Income from domestic sales totaled $14.14 billion, foreign sales totaled $471 million. Expenses increased from $270 million in 2010 to $825 million in 2011.
