812.9 million rubles worth shopping and entertainment center could be constructed in Gelendzhik

The project of the shopping and entertainment center with the area of 30 thousand square meters will be presented at an investment forum in Sochi.

Besides, investors will be offered the project of another mall in Timashevsk. Its total area will be about 26 thousand square meters, investments could amount up to 426.4 million rubles, the press service of the Ministry of strategic development, investment and foreign trade reports.

Krasnodar Territory will present 1.8 thousand projects at the XI International Investment Forum "Sochi-2012", held from 20 to 23 September, 2012.
