Romania and Georgia will continue constructing the AGRI gas pipeline

Interconnector is an international Azerbaijan-Georgia-Romania project to build a gas main to transport liquefied gas from Caspian Sea region to Europe.

This agreement was reached by Romania's Foreign Minister Titus Corlăţean and his Georgian counterpart George Vashadze at their meeting in Bucharest, Ukrinform reports.

The foreign ministers also discussed the issue of ferry line creation between Romanian and Georgian Black Sea ports.

Experts believe the AGRI project will be the main rival of Nabucco.
