on 18/03/2022, at least 6 oil tankers transported about 300,000 tons of Russian blood oil through the Bosphorus and Dardanelles for export.

The breakdown of oil tankers by shipowner’s country of registration:

  • Greece – 3

  • Russia – 3

The ports of destination:

  • IL AKL – ASHKELON, Israel

  • IN SIK – SIKKA, India

  • MT MAR – MARSAXLOKK, Malta

  • TR TEK – TEKIRDAG, Turkey

  • Marmara Sea ANCH, Turkey

  • TR KFZ – KORFEZ, Turkey

Reference:

300,000 tons of Russian URALS oil costs about 200 million, which is equivalent to the cost of about 30 Russian Kalibr cruise missiles.
