International project on the Black Sea reef preservation is discussed in Romania

The II round table in the framework of the project «Study and renewal of reefs – vitally important sea filters» takes place in the Romanian Neptun resort on May 20-22, 2013. The project is funded by the EU in the framework of the Joint Operational Program for Cooperation in the Black Sea from 2007 till 2013.

The event’s objective is to consider the management and monitoring of procedures and administrative measures for preservation of the Black Sea reefs by partnering countries – Bulgaria, Romania, Georgia, Turkey, and Ukraine, Cuget Liber S.A. informs.

The round table participants share information and discuss the Action Plan and the «Black Sea reefs» program as a tool for monitoring and management of artificial reef development; the need for explanatory work, arrangement of networks and interaction between all stakeholders in the Black Sea region.
