Children health improvement and recreation plan approved in the Crimea

Crimean Government has approved the plan of measures for arrangement of health improvement and recreation of children in the Autonomy in 2013.

The local authorities have received a commission to ensure health improvement and recreation of at least 55% of school students, 100% of orphans and children, deprived of the parental care, and 70% of children from large and low-income families.

Financing of these measures will be carried out based on the funds from the State, Republican, and local budgets, as well as from the Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability and out-of-budget funds.
