Judicial independence in Bulgaria with lowest rating in EU

Bulgaria is one of the three EU member-states, where the independence of the judicial system is assessed in the poorest manner, according to data of the World Economic Forum, presented by the EC.

As far as digital messaging with the parties on a certain case is concerned, Bulgaria is better only compared to Luxembourg, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark and Greece. This country is ranked 8th in Europe on the number of judges per capita and last in terms of the budget of the judiciary system.
