​Second Turkish NPP will be constructed in Sinop

By end March the agreement for a second Turkish nuclear power plant will be signed. It will be constructed in the Sinop district near the Black Sea coast, rather than close to the Bulgarian border near the town of Rezovo.

The announcement was made by the Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Taner Yildiz, quoted by the BNR. According to the initial evaluation of the NPP project, it will cost between USD 22 and 25 billion.
