Turkish economy to grow 4% in 2013: World Bank

Martin Raiser, Country Director of the World Bank for Turkey, said on January 15 that the bank projected that the Turkish economy would grow 4 percent in 2013.

Medium-term macroeconomic projections on Turkey showed that inflation figure would be 6.1 percent in 2013, Raiser said.

The World Bank official said that the bank would keep supporting small and medium scale enterprises as they were the driving force behind the economy and employment.
