Irish company interested in petrol pits near Bulgaria

The Irish Petroceltic Company shows interest in four petrol wells in the Black Sea near the shores of Bulgaria and Romania, the offshore-mag.com has announced.

Last year the company has sent a letter of intent to the Romanian Grup Servicii Petroliere. In the Bulgarian sector the Kamchya-1 well is to be explored, starting in April. A 3D seismic study of the region shows the probable existence of deposits in another seven zones with common deposits of 2.9 billion cubic meters of petrol.
