Sochi to build a 100-meter «resort house»

According to Yugopolis GRAS Group of Companies has finished the monolithic works at the Sochi residential complex «Sun City».

According to the information from the developer, the height of the building frame has reached the final level of 99 meters (27 stories), and, thus, it ha become the highest in the Krasnodar Krai.

Commissioning of the building is scheduled for the beginning of the Olympics.

Before that «Dragomys» hotel was the highest building in the city of Sochi. The height of the 27-storey building is 83 meters.
