Sevastopol firm owed budget more than 3 million UAH

District Administrative Court of Sevastopol fully satisfied the claim Nakhimov district prosecutor for the state through the State Tax Inspectorate in the Leninsky district of levying «Firm»Sevhozstroy» tax and penalties in excess of 3 million 227 thousand UAH. On UNN is reported in the press service of the Prosecutor's Office.

Having understated tax liabilities for income tax and VAT set DPI staff during an unscheduled inspection company in the investigation of criminal case against him on the grounds of the Director crimes under Part 3. 212, § 2, Art. 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, ie tax evasion in a large scale and forgery caused grave consequences.

Under the circumstances of this case, from January to December 2008 the director of this firm was bogus agreements with other companies, resulting in the budget not received the amount of more than 1.8 million. The amount of penalties, in accordance with the law, amounted to 1.4 million. Voluntarily company refused to pay the debt.
