The first private manager of Romanian state-owned company hasn’t lasted a week

It has become known that Heinrich Vystoupil, of Austrian origin, has resigned as CEO of TAROM airline company.

Contract with him was signed a week ago and was presented by authorities as a breakthrough in management of public assets. Within his first week, having got acquainted with the specificities of work, Vystoupil said he could not accept the powers and left the office.

Now, the new composition of the airline Administrative board will have to determine a new CEO.
