Database of Ukrainian Attacks on Russian Ships in the Black and Azov Seas In March 2022-April 2026

The Monitoring Group of the BlackSeaNews and Black Sea Institute of Strategic Studies
Based on the results of our own monitoring, the monitoring group of the BlackSeaNews and the Black Sea Institute for Strategic Studies, presents a database of attacks by Ukrainian drones and missiles on the Russian ships and facilities on the Azov and Black Seas between March 2022-April 2026*.
From February 2022 through April 2026, the Defense Forces of Ukraine carried out at least 62 successful attacks on Russian warships in the Black and Azov Seas, in ports and at sea, using missiles, small unmanned surface vessels, and UAVs.
* Note:
1) the actual number may be much higher;
2) the reliability of Russian data on the attack results is always deliberately downplayed.
For reference: In February 2022, Russian Black Sea Fleet consisted of roughly 80 warships and boats, and up to 200 auxiliary vessels stationed at seven bases. In addition, Russia redeployed landing and artillery boats from the Caspian Flotilla to the Black Sea, and this naval grouping was further reinforced by several dozen ships and boats of the FSB Border Service.
