Ukraine, Russia Presidents will sign document on Black Sea Fleet movement

Presidents of Ukraine and Russia will sign a document on movement of the Black Sea Fleet on the territory of Ukraine.

This is pointed out in materials for a meeting of Presidents of Ukraine and Russia Viktor Yanukovych and Vladimir Putin in Moscow, spread by the press service of the Russian President, UKRINFORM's own correspondent in Russia reports.

«Within the frames of a visit of Viktor Yanukovych the signature of a number of bipartite documents is envisaged, in particular, on movement of military formations of the Black Sea Fleet, cooperation in the migration sphere, expansion of production cooperation,» the document notes.

The Kremlin informed that the Presidents are preparing to consider such important themes as expansion of the negotiation-legal basis of the Russian Black Sea Fleet stay on the territory of Ukraine, as well as a «progress in negotiations on the Azov-Kerch settlement.»

In addition, it is planned to connect Ukraine to the Russian system GLONASS. «Within the frames of this document (Program of cooperation in the sphere of exploration and use of space for 2012-2016 - Ed.), currently, in particular, measures are taken on creation of the unified navigation-time space of Russia and Ukraine on the basis of the GLONASS system,» the press service of the Russian President informs.
