Turkey to improve tourism service

Several hotels were fined and one lost license for low quality of service in Turkey, according to the order of the Russian-Turkish intergovernmental tourism commission, Interfax reports.

Turkey organized special lessons for drivers of tourism buses. 34 seminars have been attended by 328 people.

The Russian delegation noted the high expanses of Turkish medical insurances and lack of free medical aid if an insurance fails to cover all fees.

3.335 million Russians visited Turkey in 2012, exceeding the tourism flow of 2011 by 2.3%. Germans are the main tourists in Turkey, followed by Russians.
