Japan to enforce Georgian river banks

Japan will enforce the banks on the Alazani River of Georgia at Birkiani in the Ahmet District to prevent floods.

Japanese acting Ambassador Hiroki Tokunaga and high-ranking Georgian officials will attend the ceremony.

Japan signed the grant on enforcing the banks on September 11, 2012. The Kakheti Company is responsible for realization of the construction process. The project is worth $121,822.
